Responsibilities Of The Position Include
- Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals.
- Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase.
- Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors.
- Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable.
- Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings.
- Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis
- Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers
- Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings
- Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing
- Drafting and submitting RFI’s
- Assisting with QA process
- Assisting with job close-out process
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with OST and QuickBid is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry products and multi-tasking skills.
- Education: College Degree or Field Experience Preferred
