Job Summary
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the upkeep and functionality of our facility and equipment. This hands-on position requires a strong background in CNC maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction. You’ll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Support installation and setup of new equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and industrial equipment preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
