Position Title: Ecommerce Catalog Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Ecommerce
The Catalog Coordinator works closely with various Ecommerce teams including merchandising, creative, and digital marketing to ensure all components of the online catalog are beautifully and accurately presented to consumers. This position works closely with merchandisers and is involved with the planning and execution of collections, outfits, and website navigation.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Administrator for Product Information Management app – working with copywriters on best practices and guidelines, resolving data entry issues, updating Knowledge Base with changes.
- Monitor release products leading up to and on the day of launch.
- Perform website Quality Assurance regularly to ensure catalog is presentable and accurate.
- Configure Bot Protection and Captcha challenge for various releases.
- Regularly audit Top Navigation to ensure collection pages are displaying products and filters display categories and subcategories appropriately.
- Review Product Page copy for formatting and grammatical errors.
- Moderate User Reviews and Ratings across Yotpo, Google My Business, and Trust Pilot.
- Approve and publish User Generated Content to website.
- Work with marketing to plan, produce, and execute campaigns to be applied to homepage, category pages, brand pages, and custom landing pages.
- Produce style and listing landing pages to be merchandised and featured within Email, Homepage, and Category pages.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues pertaining to website products, photographs, and categorization.
- Work alongside merchandisers to ensure subclasses are mapped.
- Optimize listings on Google My Business.
- Optimize keywords for on-site search, manage keyword synonyms and redirects.

- Collaboration: Asana, Wrike, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud.
Qualifications:
- Proven prioritization and collaboration skills across various teams.
- Experience working with Ecommerce systems preferred.
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a changing environment required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and accuracy focused, and willing to build a long-term relationship with the company.
