Located just 2 miles from the Port of Baltimore, our facility includes a secure 3 acre yard on S. Haven Street. We specialize in transporting 20‑ to 45‑foot containers across the Mid‑Atlantic region, offering local, regional, and long-haul services to Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and beyond.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermodal Dispatcher located in Baltimore, MD. The Intermodal Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of containers, ensuring timely deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and managing schedules and routes. Daily tasks will include monitoring shipments, addressing any issues that arise during transit, maintaining records, and optimizing dispatch operations to ensure efficiency.

- Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or a related field preferred
