Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design and deliver enterprise‑grade, production‑ready AI solutions.
This is an AI/ML‑focused role, with data engineering skills as a secondary capability to support scalable and high‑quality data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
AI / ML & Generative AI (Primary)
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI
- Develop and operationalize end‑to‑end ML pipelines (feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring)
- Build and optimize LLM‑based architectures, including prompt engineering and RAG patterns
- Lead AI experimentation and prototyping to solve complex business problems
- Implement MLOps and CI/CD practices for reliable and scalable AI systems
- Establish AI best practices covering governance, security, and observability
Data Engineering & Analytics (Secondary)
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics use cases
- Build and manage cloud data platforms using Snowflake
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent tools
- Create dashboards and analytical views using Power BI / Tableau
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines
Required Skills
- Strong Python skills for AI/ML development and analytics
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs
- Experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions
- Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms
- Experience with ADF or similar ETL/ELT tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
