Backend Developer (Python, GCP)

Role : Back-end Developer (Python , GCP)

Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Hire Type (FTE/Contract): Contract

Core Technical Skills

· 8 years of back-end development experience.

· Advanced proficiency in Python (OOP, async, multithreading, libraries).

· Strong experience with GCP services, specifically:

Dataflow / Apache Beam

Cloud Functions

Cloud DLP

Cloud Composer (Airflow)

Pub/Sub

GCS & Big Query

· Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and distributed systems.

· Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

· Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

· Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure automation (nice to have).

· Proficiency with Docker and container-based deployment (nice to have).

Soft Skills

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

· Ownership mindset and ability to lead technical components independently.
