AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead a large-scale migration initiative for UST clients. The objective is to transition a significant volume of EC2 workloads from shared tenancy to dedicated AWS hosts, ensuring financial optimization, resiliency, and automation. This role requires deep expertise in AWS architecture, containerization strategies, and migration planning, along with strong collaboration skills to work with UST and cloud service provider teams.
Required Skills & Experience
AWS Expertise
- Strong knowledge of EC2, Dedicated Hosts, VPC, IAM, and networking.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS) and migration strategies.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proficiency in Terraform and automation frameworks.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices for cloud deployments.
Architecture & Design
- Ability to design scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS architectures.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Proven experience working in multi-vendor environments and leading cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with client-specific Kubernetes solutions.
- Prior experience in large-scale AWS migrations with fixed-price engagements.
