Design & Development of Chassis Frame using Catia V5/V6 with Team center
Requirements:
Should have experience in
- Component Design: Develop novel frame architectures, sub-frames, and suspension mounts that improve vehicle dynamics and crashworthiness.
- 3D Modeling & Documentation: Author and maintain 3D CAD, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and validation documentation.
- Feasibility Analysis: Validate the manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility of design proposals.
- Prototype Testing: Design, analyze, build, and test prototypes at the component, subsystem, and full-vehicle levels
Preferred:
- OEM Experience.

Requirements:
Should have experience in
- System Knowledge: Architecture of Foundation Brakes (calipers, rotors, drum brakes, actuation, actuation boosters, pedal boxes).
- CAD & PLM: High proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 for advanced surfacing and layout configuration, along with PLM tools like Teamcenter.
- Mechatronics Exposure: Basic understanding of smart braking integration like ABS, ESC, and regenerative electronic braking architectures

Design & Development of Chassis Steering & Suspension systems using Catia V5/V6 with Team center
Requirements:
Should have experience in
- Kinematics & Dynamics: Mastery of vehicle dynamics, suspension kinematics (K&C), steering geometry (Ackermann, bump steer), and load paths.
- CAD & PLM: Expert proficiency in CATIA V5/V6, alongside data management tools like Teamcenter.
- Materials & Processes: Strong knowledge of forged aluminium, high-strength steel stampings, sheet metal fabrication, castings, and elastomeric bush designs.
- Design Engineering: Complete proficiency in GD&T, DFMEA, stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA, and DVP&R creation
