Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in Boston, MA for an after school environmental educator. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on environmental education programs to children and youth, developing and implementing curriculum, leading outdoor education activities, and mentoring participants. The role involves teaching about wildlife, ecology, and enviornmental systems, and encouraging students to engage in actionable projects to protect the planet.
This role is for an educator for after-school programs on Monday and Friday afternoons. Extra hours are available as needed, including substitute teaching at other programs, weekend birthday parties, and summer camps/programming. This is a part-time, hourly paid position with a pay rate of $20/hour. Paid prep time for teaching sites is provided.
