About Us
EH Security is a local, veteran- and female-owned company looking to add to our security team in Bismarck, ND in a professional, community-focused setting. Seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates who work well independently and can develop a passion for providing a safe and harmonious environment for our library patrons and staff.
Part-time weekend hours available. Starting wage is $16- $17/hr, depending on previous security experience, with the potential of working into a supervisory role with additional pay.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic with impeccable attendance.
- Physically fit and able to be on feet for extended period of time. Can lift 50 lbs. Must not have personal physical limitations.
- Can pass criminal background check and periodic drug screenings.
- Keen observation skills and attention to detail. Can report and document findings with articulate communication skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize a moderate amount of technology to include monitoring a security camera system and creating computer-generated documentation.
- Professional and competant demeanor when interacting with patrons, staff, and emergency personnel.
- Ability to confidently and efficiently operate as a leader in emergency situations.
- Security, mililtary, law enforcement, or corrections experience highly preferred, but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
