E&H Integrated Systems is seeking a VoIP Telecom Technician to become an integral part of our team in Louisville, KY! You will design and configure data communication systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and maintenance of communication systems, data networks,
- Adjust voice and video configurations to minimize communication disruptions
- Provide training and support to telecommunications team
- Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions
- Order and maintain inventory stock supplies
- Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields
- 3 to 5 years - installation of VOIP telecommunication systems
- Experience with Avaya is a Plus
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pay Depending on Experience (PDE)
