Overview Successful Hydraulics Company in Ballard looking to fill a key position in our company. Our inventory includes Hydraulic and Electric Winches, Hydraulic Pumps and Motors, plus the full line of Parker Hose and Fittings. Our team of experts specialize in crane repair, winch and component service, cylinder rebuilding, certified welding, design, fabrication, and many other hydraulic services. We provide service at our facility or on site with our fleet of service vehicles Duties Assistant to Team Lead - Machine Shop Keep work areas clean and organized Follow instructions and follow through Maintain accurate records of disassembly, inspection, repairs, and parts inventory Requirements Must have good driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage own time efficiently and work independently as needed Physical requirements include lifting 50 plus pounds Communicate and exchange information regularly and clearly Properly maintain and protect company owned equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to maneuver in confined spaces Proficient in operating equipment and hand tools Hungry to learn and a desire to grow and excel Job Type - Full-time Pay- $22-30 per hour Expected hours - No less than 40 per week. 7:00 to 3:30 weekdays with half hour lunch break Benefits - 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, health and life insurance
