What You'll Do:
Restore and repair screens, glass, and lamps with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
Operate and oversee a well-organized central repair facility that serves multiple E&H Ace locations.
Manage part inventory and coordinate logistics for deliveries to and from stores.
Maintain quality control standards, ensuring repairs are done right the first time.
Interact directly with customers and store team members to provide estimates, updates, and outstanding service.
Train and support store teams on repair basics and quality expectations.
Track repair trends and recommend process improvements or tools.
Sharpen tools and blades with attention to safety and precision.
Contribute ideas to grow and improve the repair program company-wide.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience with screen, glass, and lamp repair; blade sharpening a plus.
A clean driving record and comfort with local deliveries multiple times per week.
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
A commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
