Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets across all project phases
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Support bid submissions and procurement processes
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Monitor cost trends and provide value engineering recommendations
Requirements:
- 3 years of estimating experience within construction or consultancy
- Experience with non-residential projects (e.g., commercial, healthcare, institutional)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Experience working for a consultancy or owner’s rep
- Familiarity with cost planning across multiple project stages
