Winslow Plumbing & Heating is currently hiring for a part-time or full-time Office / Customer Service Associate to help our customers in the South Yarmouth, MA area get the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry services they need. This part-time or full-time position earns a competitive salary of $35,000 - $55,000/year, based on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
We have full- and part-time schedules for this position. Full-time employees work 40 hours each week with a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift. Part-time employees work 20 - 25 hours each week and also have a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift.
As an Office / Customer Service Associate, you provide friendly assistance to our clients, determine their needs, and resolve their concerns. This is done both in person and through the phone. You establish and maintain customer accounts in our database as well as set up, maintain, and schedule preventative maintenance agreements. Some of your other duties include general assistance around the office such as data entry, filing paperwork, and more. You feel good about helping our customers get the best plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services around!
