Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the design and development of a CRM platform tailored for heavy machinery dealerships. This CRM will cover the full lifecycle—from Lead Generation to Invoicing—and support key business areas: Machine Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in sales technology, optimize workflows for sales representatives, and deliver intelligent solutions that enhance visibility and efficiency.
Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Roadmap
Execute and help map the product vision for dealer-focused CRM. Develop a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Work with the customer base and help drive a CRM driven business process.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Enablement
Build features that support lead management, quoting, order processing, and invoicing. Ensure seamless integration with existing dealer systems and ERP platforms.
Sales Tech Innovation
Introduce AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation to optimize sales rep tasks. Implement tools for real-time visibility into pipeline, inventory, and customer engagement. Build context driven agents that help with the efficiency and surface hidden insights and recommend areas of growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with dealers, sales teams, and service managers to gather requirements. Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
Performance Optimization
Monitor CRM adoption and effectiveness; identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Drive initiatives to increase dealer engagement and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or Engineering
- 7-10 years of product management experience (preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or dealership technology)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in CRM or Sales Enablement platforms
- Expertise in sales processes (machines, rentals, parts, service) and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and handle ambiguity with ease
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Foundational understanding of AI and ability to adapt to building products driven by AI agents
- Strong understanding of dealer networks, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment
