Decatur, TN Full Time
POSTED ON 8/8/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/5/2026

Do you see stories in measurements?

Every data point tells you something: a worn gauge, a drift in a tool, a process out of control. If you’re the kind of quality professional who connects those dots and acts fast, this role is for you. You’ll uphold our QMS, meet stringent customer standards, and lead the charge when corrective action is needed.

Your challenge

Validate parts dimensionally, approve first and last pieces, and complete required audits. Guide operators to use measurement instruments correctly at the machine. Reinforce inspection work instructions so every check is done right, every time. Co-create and refine quality system elements that elevate performance. Design and execute special studies to investigate variation and risk. Support customer-site problem solving to close issues quickly and permanently. Translate findings into crisp, data-driven customer reports. Channel dimensional feedback to toolroom, engineering, and manufacturing for action. Keep your area spotless and organized to set the standard. Deliver and support training on quality standards, processes, and customer-required methods. Back up Quality leadership on recurring tasks like time/attendance and reporting. Assist with the quality side of new product launches in the plant. Embrace other assignments that help the team win.
