What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our community—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to great service and comfortable living. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online.
- Conducting property tours and highlighting what makes our community special.
- Clearly explaining lease terms, rental details, and community guidelines.
- Processing applications, preparing lease documents, and managing resident files.
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting data efficiently.
- Following up with prospects and turning interest into signed leases.
- Helping with online listings, marketing efforts, and community engagement events.
- Partnering with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver an excellent resident experience.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales.
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; knowledge of AppFolio, Property Matrix, Knock, or Findigs is a plus.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and willingness to work some weekends.
- Reliable transportation to our Decatur location.
