What You Will Own & Drive
You are the front-line revenue generator and the chief ambassador for our community. Your primary focus is to convert inquiries into satisfied, long-term residents.
- Sales Execution: Master the entire leasing lifecycle, from initial high-touch contact to lease signing. This includes personalized tours, compelling presentations of community features, and professional negotiation of lease terms.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Promptly and professionally manage all prospect communication (phone, email, text, and in-person visits). Maintain meticulous records and execute strategic follow-up campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate on local market analysis and promotional efforts, ensuring online listings are engaging, accurate, and competitive. Participate in planning and executing resident retention and community events.
- Administrative Excellence: Efficiently process rental applications, prepare detailed lease paperwork, and accurately input data into property management software (experience with platforms like AppFolio, Knock, or Property Matrix is a strong asset).
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Property Management and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth move-in process and ongoing exceptional resident satisfaction.
