Role Description The Architectural Staff Level II (non-licensed) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Athens, GA. In this role, the team member assists with the development of design concepts, prepares drawings and documentation, and supports project coordination from early planning through construction. Responsibilities include producing schematic design and construction documents, assisting with 3D models and renderings, and supporting integration of building systems with overall architectural design. The role also involves communicating with project managers and other team members, participating in internal design reviews, and helping to resolve technical and design issues. The position offers opportunities to gain experience toward licensure in a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience producing drawings and design documentation.
- Ability to support Solution Architecture and Integration of building systems within overall project design.
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with project teams and coordinating design information.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic 3D modeling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field; progress toward professional licensure is preferred.
