Welder - 1st Shift

📍 Location: Oregon, IL
💰 Pay: $21.00 - $26.54 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
🕒 Shift: 1st | Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5AM to 3:30PM (Saturday OT as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment

• Construct components and parts from standard materials

• Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions

• Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work

• Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading (preferred)

• Ability to use precision measuring tools (required)

• Willingness to learn through hands-on experience or on-the-job training

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs

• Ability to install 60 lb spools of wire on welding equipment

• Occasionally lift loads up to 75 lbs
