Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Warrenton, VA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with project teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects to meet client expectations.

Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in sitework construction required, including clearing, grading, earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, concrete, and asphalt
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily jobsite operations and ensure projects run efficiently
- Lead and support field staff, ensuring teams have the tools and resources needed to succeed
- Drive profitability by maximizing revenue opportunities and controlling costs
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance goals
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting on timelines and financials
- Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and local regulations
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including daily logs and reports
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractor work
- Support strategic initiatives set by company leadership
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of team members
- Maintain clear and timely communication via phone and email
- Attend meetings, trainings, and uphold company policies and procedures
