Key Requirements
- Create, maintain, and update BIM models accurately according to project requirements and standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to support coordination and resolve BIM-related issues
- Perform clash detection and assist in identifying and resolving conflicts within BIM models
- Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation
- Follow and contribute to the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols
- Assist in organizing and managing BIM documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews to support project progress
- Troubleshoot BIM software issues and communicate with senior BIM personnel or technical support for resolutions
- Stay updated with BIM software tools and industry best practices through ongoing learning and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Architectural
- 3- 5 years of experience working with BIM in the construction or design industry
- Proficient in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm for learning new BIM technologies and improving workflows
