Role Description
e-con Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Fremont, CA. The responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities to drive growth, building and managing client relationships, and developing long-term strategies to expand the market presence. The individual will also work collaboratively with the sales and product teams to align business goals, oversee negotiations, and contribute to the overall revenue objectives of the company. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, account acquisition, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Solid understanding of sales processes, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners
- Ability to adapt to market trends and technological advancements in the vision solutions space
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Experience in the technology or imaging industry is a plus
