E&C Marketing partners with established telecommunications providers to expand their reach through strategic, in-person sales campaigns. With demand for reliable internet, streaming access, and mobile flexibility continuing to grow, we are expanding our in-store team in Mission.
We are looking for an In-Store Sales Associate to represent broadband internet, Wi-Fi technology, entertainment bundles, and mobile service solutions within retail environments.
The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Impact
- Proactively engage shoppers and introduce essential connectivity and mobile services
- Present internet speeds, bundled packages, and mobile plans clearly, positioning benefits in a way that resonates with each customer
- Turn interest into action through consultative, needs-based conversations
- Support customers through enrolment and activation with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain a polished and energetic in-store presence that strengthens brand credibility
- Identify opportunities to maximise value through bundled or upgraded service options
- Contribute to team performance goals and campaign success
