Job Title: Digital Merchandising Specialist

Department: eCommerce

Reports To:  Director of eCommerce

 

General Description Supports the execution and optimization of on-site merchandising across the eCommerce platform. Focuses on product placement, category presentation, search functionality, and promotional alignment to improve product discovery and conversion. This position also serves as a liaison between eCommerce, Marketing, and third-party agency partners to ensure alignment between site experience, product data, and marketing initiatives.


 

Essential Job Functions include the following, other duties may be assigned:


  • Execute product placement, sorting, and featured assortments across category pages
  • Support category structure, navigation, and overall site organization
  • Maintain on-site search (synonyms, keyword mapping, result quality) and product filters
  • Ensure on-site merchandising aligns with current promotions and campaigns
  • Monitor product feed health and coordinate resolution of errors or data issues across multiple channels
  • Apply SEO best practices to product and category content
  • Execute on-site SEO improvements (product descriptions, metadata, category content and other copy) in collaboration with Product Content Specialists, Marketing, and external partners to support search visibility and conversion optimization.
  • Track product and category performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales
  • Serve as liaison between eCommerce, Marketing, and agency partners to ensure alignment of on-site merchandising and product readiness with eCommerce and advertising initiatives.

Education and/or Experience 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years in eCommerce, merchandising, or related field while also demonstrating a basic understanding of eCommerce, merchandising, feeds and SEO.

Language Skills  

 

Ability to compile appropriate written communication to be distributed to team members and the organization as a whole as well as outside parties. Appropriate etiquette when speaking to provide high quality customer service.

 

Computer Skills 

 

Must demonstrate understanding of Microsoft productivity suites and basic SEO Best Practices. Familiarity with product catalog maintenance, basic website maintenance, Google Merchant Center, and digital marketing strategies is required.

**This is not a remote position.  Must be based at Corporate Office in Arkansas.**

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
