Here's how you'll make a significant impact:

• Craft Clear Financial Narratives: You'll be the architect of our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing senior management with a crystal-clear view of our financial performance. Your meticulous balance sheet reconciliations and insightful profit and loss reviews will be the foundation for strategic decision-making.
• Champion General Ledger Integrity: You'll be the guardian of our financial truth, ensuring the general ledger is accurate and reliable. This involves expertly processing journal entries, making necessary adjustments, and diligently monitoring and classifying every dollar in and out.
• Fuel Operational Efficiency: Partnering with Operations, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory processes and building robust cost accounting frameworks. Your insights will directly contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Uncover Opportunities Through Analysis: Your analytical prowess will be key to dissecting financial data, identifying emerging trends, and pinpointing opportunities for cost savings. You'll translate complex information into clear, actionable reports, empowering management to make informed choices. Plus, you'll be our go-to for ad-hoc financial deep dives.
• Fortify Our Financial Foundation: You'll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to financial regulations and company policies. By actively supporting audits and championing compliance, you'll ensure a strong and trustworthy financial environment. Your proactive efforts to enhance internal controls will be vital to our operational strength.
• Support Smart Cash Management: You'll contribute directly to our financial health by supporting cash flow management and reporting. Your assistance with cash forecasting will help ensure we maintain optimal liquidity.
• Master Our Financial Ecosystem: You'll leverage our ERP system (Deacom) to ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions, maintaining data integrity across all our financial platforms.
• Become a Collaborative Catalyst: You'll build strong relationships across departments – Operations, Sales, HR – to gather essential financial intelligence. You'll also be a valuable support to the Senior Manager and the wider finance team on special projects. Your proactive mindset will drive continuous improvement in our accounting processes and reporting capabilities.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including valuable internships or part-time roles. Your background in the Manufacturing industry will be a significant advantage.
• Skills:
• A strong command of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, v-lookups, and other data analysis tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Proven analytical abilities to interpret financial data and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate financial information with clarity and impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
