Role: 5-Axis CNC Machinist & Programmer

Qualifications & Skills
· Experience That Counts: 5 years as a CNC machinist with proven expertise in 5-axis programming and operations. Mastery of Esprit Edge is required.
· Technical Toolkit: Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazatrol), tooling strategies, and CAD/CAM integration.
· Experience with wire EDM programming and operation is also a plus.
· Education Edge: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in machining technology or related field preferred.
· Trade school certifications or equivalent are a bonus.
· Soft Skills for Success: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· A team player who communicates clearly and isn’t afraid to innovate.
· Safety Savvy: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and adhere to all safety protocols in a shop environment.
