• Lead 4–5 top hands on water, sewer, drain, and site projects across Middlesex County.
• Read the plans, set the grades, run the iron—mini-excavators, skid-steers, lasers, and pipe like it’s second nature.
• Own the day: mobilize at dawn, crush the punch list, and hand the VP a clean job every sunset.

• 5 years running underground utility crews (water/sewer/drain)
• 5 years leading men—accountability is in your DNA
• You set grades by eye, read plans like a novel, and swing iron like a surgeon
• OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred – safety isn’t a checklist, it’s non-negotiable
• Valid driver’s license clean record
• You lift up to 75 lbs, work in the rain and snow, and still smile at 3 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.38 - $42.61 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
