Insulation Foreman

Duties

• Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications.
• Use hand tools like knives, scissors, and caulking guns safely and effectively during installation processes.
• Operate power and air tools including drills as well as hog ring guns while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Climb ladders, scaffolding, or work at heights safely while maintaining stability and balance during insulation installation.
• Communicate effectively with company men and clients to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

Experience

• Prior experience with a focus on pipe insulation installation
• Knowledge of safety protocols including power tool safety and ladder use regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations accurately.
• Experience working on oilfield locations with a strong understanding of site safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings precisely while maintaining high safety standards.
