Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Specialist to help advance E&A’s visibility and growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry. This role partners closely with project managers and department leaders to coordinate and produce compelling, client-focused proposals that reflect E&A’s brand and capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop compelling, client-focused proposals and qualification packages that align with E&A’s brand and voice, in collaboration with project managers and department managers.
- Maintain a current library of professional resumes, project descriptions, and visuals to ensure readiness and accuracy for proposal production.
- Manage and update web content, ensuring that it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with current initiatives.
- Provide quality control and creative support for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, branded collateral, video editing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the execution of client events, gift programs, and promotional campaigns that strengthen relationships and reinforce brand visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related.
- Minimum of seven years of marketing experience
- Experience with proposal writing, graphic design, and digital content management.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress) and tracking performance through Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of LinkedIn or other social media platforms for brand engagement.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) or equivalent certification.
- Ten years of marketing or business development experience.
- Knowledge of engineering, planning, or construction services.
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM/accounting software.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
