Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Coordinator in our Omaha office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and proactive problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, key members of the company, and external customers. This candidate would be expected to be detail-oriented, extremely organized, adaptable, and resourceful.
This individual will assist with:
- Coordinate with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed to update contracts and documents, including supporting the formatting, word processing and organizing of project documents, specifications, and correspondence.
- Providing project support, including but not limited to calendar management, proposal creation, setting up activities with internal and external customers, docusign, creating agendas, updating reports, updating databases, and filing.
- Assist in facilitation of project timelines to ensure goals are met which includes schedules and assignments.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience providing project coordination or related experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability of anticipating department manager and leadership needs
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to specific deadlines that must be met
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
- Five (5) years related experience preferably within the civil engineering or construction industry
- Experience with Docusign, Deltek Vision and/or Smartsheets
