Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently and safely
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage your schedule independently to maximize efficiency across multiple client locations
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Document completed work and communicate any special requests or issues to clients promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools, equipment, and eco-friendly products
- Previous experience in custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
