We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tasks
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Strong typing skills along with effective time management abilities
  • Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Basic bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks or similar accounting software are advantageous
