Position Title: Quality Analyst Specialist

Position Summary
This position is a full-time position at the irvine site of DZYNE Technologies LLC. The primary goal of this role is to ensure products and services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. The Quality Analyst Specialist is essential for maintaining high standards. They analyze and monitor processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct audits, document issues, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions, ultimately enhancing product reliability and performance.

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.

Required Duties And Responsibilities
- Defect Tracking: Documenting, tracking, and verifying fixes defects, or process failures.
- Quality Audits: Conducting regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Working with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality in the Product Life Cycle.
- Compliance: Ensure all products and processes adhere to industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, safety codes).
- Documentation: Maintain records of testing, audits, trainings, and other quality metrics. Collect data and prepare final CofC.
- Experience: 2-4 years prior experience in quality control, assurance and manufacturing environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and data to identify potential risks.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for identifying minor flaws or process gaps, and review documentation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting findings and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective corrective actions.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Basic knowledge in AS9001 or ISO 9001 or other major Quality Management Systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience or relevant technical certifications will be considered.
