Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
• Develop detailed project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs while maintaining strict cost control measures.
• Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion while adhering to safety standards.
• Oversee construction site activities to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate bids and proposals that reflect project scope and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, change orders, and project correspondence to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating combined with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for digital markup and document management; experience with HeavyBid is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating techniques, cost control strategies, and pricing methodologies.
• Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field operations and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Familiarity with construction management software tools and contract administration processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $75,163.40 - $90,519.36 per year
