Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience in post-tensioning (PT), concrete repair, carbon fiber installation, and other structural restoration activities. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work activities, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping uphold company quality standards.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position requires interaction with crew members, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors. The successful candidate must be capable of reading and understanding project plans, following specifications, documenting daily activities, and identifying potential safety or quality concerns before they become issues.

Duties
- Construction experience required; PT, concrete repair, and carbon fiber installation experience preferred
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety and compliance
- Experience leading or assisting with field crews

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
