We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties:
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks of general upkeep to ensure optimal building operations.
- Support the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Perform residential cleaning, sweeping and removal of unused products to maintain the facility’s appearance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with material and maintenance teams ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally, fostering a positive environment for all facility users.
Shifts (non rotating):
- 1st Shift - 6:00AM to 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday
- 2nd Shift - 2:00PM to 10:30 PM Monday thru Friday
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing, hospitality, or residential projects.
- Hands-on experience with organization, cleaning, removal of unused products is highly desirable.
- Ability to be trained in operating a tow motor safely.
- Experience in a hotel, manufacturing or medical facilities setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
