Territory Manager – Western Maine (Androscoggin, Oxford, Franklin, Somerset and parts of Cumberland and Kennebec)

Dysart’s Lubricants is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Manager to grow and support our customer base across Western Maine. This is a hands-on, outside sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and building long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand an established sales territory
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide product solutions
- Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with solid time management
- Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the territory
- Valid driver’s license
