Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform advanced student attendance procedures.
- Maintain student attendance records.
- Assist administrators in implementation and compliance of the site Attendance Management Plan.
- Provide support to front office as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.
- Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in data entry preferred.
- School district experience preferred.
- Experience with Infinite campus system or other school related databases.
- Valid Level I Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC).
- Competency in computer literacy.
- Ability to read and interpret general documents such as employee handbooks and safety/training manuals.
- Ability to write general correspondence and speak effectively with others.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out straightforward instructions given in oral, written or diagram form.
- Capable of solving uncomplicated problems with few variables in standard situations.
- Demonstrate aptitude, competence for assigned responsibilities.
