Our Hermon Travel Stop is currently hiring a full-time Fuel Station Cashier to join our team! Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and time management skills. This role requires reliability and a customer-focused attitude. Must be available all shifts, weekends and holidays included.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and process fuel, food, and retail purchases.
- Monitor fuel pumps, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Perform nightly cleaning tasks, including restocking shelves and tidying the station.
- Reconcile cash register at the end of the shift and handle cash responsibly.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
