What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Care Associate position at Dysart's?
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming floors throughout our Hermon location. This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for both our guests and team.
Schedule: FT, 5pm to 1am
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, and machine scrubbing
- Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor and address spills or hazards promptly
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines
- Support overall cleanliness of the facility as needed

- Comfort working evening/night hours
- Previous cleaning or floor care experience is helpful, but not required
