Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine and powersports equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot electrical systems Complete work orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations Qualifications Previous experience as a Marine Technician, Powersports Technician, or related field Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Experience with outboard, inboard, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or personal watercraft repair Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required! Manufacturer certifications are a plus!
