Enterprise Appplications Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management and hands-on experience with application implementations such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise software. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, a proactive problem-solver, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage application implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software or application implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing CRM or ERP implementation projects.
• Technical knowledge of integration and customization for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with change management processes and strategies.
