Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to drive design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD processes within a fast-paced automotive and digital commerce environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across sales, service, logistics, and finance to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP SD/OTC lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Design and optimize order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP, EWM) for seamless integration
- Lead S/4HANA enhancements and transformation initiatives in SD/OTC
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams
- Drive process standardization and automation across OTC workflows
- Support interfaces and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release cycles
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in SAP SD with strong OTC expertise
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
- Deep expertise in:
- Order Management & Pricing (Condition Technique)
- Billing & Invoicing
- Shipping & Logistics Execution
- Returns & Credit Management
- Strong integration experience with FICO, MM, and EWM
- Proven ability to work in complex, high-volume transactional environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
