Role:
You''ll build and operate CPI integrations that connect CRM/Service, ERP, and trading partners for orders, shipments, invoices, and returns—focusing on reliability, observability, and EDI compliance.
What you''ll do
- design and implement iFlows using CPI adapters (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/OData) with encryption/signing and certificate management
- configure trading-partner agreements and B2B mappings between IDocs and X12/EDIFACT using Integration Advisor or equivalent tooling
- implement acknowledgements and control flows, retries, and alerting; establish message tracking and error triage playbooks
- collaborate with SAP functional teams on partner profiles, IDoc extensions, and reprocessing procedures
- harden non-functional aspects: throughput, back-off, pagination, and payload validation
- document runbooks; support cutover and hypercare
What you''ll bring
- strong CPI hands-on experience building production iFlows and operating them in Integration Suite
- B2B/EDI mapping competence and trading-partner setup; comfort with IDoc structures and common OTC/returns messages
- scripting skills for transformation and exception logic
- practical understanding of security, certificates, secrets, and audit logging
Nice to have
- Event Mesh or API Management exposure; familiarity with PI/PO migrations
- experience integrating with Service Cloud or other CRM platforms application
