Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across multiple enterprise business domains. This role requires strong ownership of complex integration programs, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive execution in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing pre-close readiness, Day 1 execution, and post-close integration, while ensuring business continuity and meeting aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal.
- Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks across pre-close, close, and post-close phases.
- Drive integration readiness to ensure system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational.
- Translate integration strategy and business requirements into clear IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure business continuity during system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidations, and target-state transitions.
- Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and timely escalations.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes and issue resolution within assigned domains.
Required Skills & Experience
M&A Integration Program Delivery
- Proven experience leading IT workstreams for acquisitions, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration.
Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management
- Strong ability to manage complex dependencies across GTM, Customer Experience/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions.
Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen
- Experience coordinating integrations involving CRM systems, customer support platforms, data & analytics environments, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to operate within structured governance models, deliver executive-ready updates, and drive timely decisions across IT and business leaders.
Hands-On, Independent Execution
- Comfortable working as a contractor in ambiguous environments.
- Proactive in identifying risks, driving issue resolution, and maintaining momentum under tight timelines.
