Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Service Cloud and hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design, development, and integrations. The ideal candidate will act as a technical lead, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and related Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in the areas of architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with external systems (e.g., SAP, AWS, middleware tools).
- Develop and maintain applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and data security models within Salesforce.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes using tools like Azure DevOps, Gearset, or GitHub.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and performance.
- Guide junior developers and perform code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with IT and data governance policies.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce capabilities, releases, and ecosystem tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs.
- Knowledge of Omni-Channel, Platform Events, and Asynchronous Apex.
- Experience with data migration, governor limits, and Salesforce security/sharing models.
- Proficiency with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Gearset, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform Developer I, or Administrator.
- Experience with AWS integrations (Lambda, S3, Redshift).
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud or CPQ implementations.
- Background in Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery environments.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
