Groundskeeper / Building Maintenance Technician
Dynomax, Inc.is seeking a Groundskeeperto support our three manufacturing facilities in Wheeling.Will perform snow removal and landscaping duties, as well as maintaining facilities and maintenanceequipment.
GroundskeeperResponsibilitiesInclude:
- Landscaping the grounds of three properties, including cutting grass, weed whacking, edging, etc.
- Snow removal from parking lots and walkways
- Maintain grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, weed whackers, blowers, snow plows etc.
- Seasonal grounds cleanup such as accumulated fall and winter debris from turf and plant beds, tree ring edging, shoveling and salting sidewalks and parking lots
- Repair/paint walls and tiles as needed
- Light plumbing work such as repair minor leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains and toilets, install air lines
Groundskeeper Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good client/customer service skills
- Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience
- Be trained in proper Lock Out Tag Out procedure
