What You'll Do:
As an Engineering Clerk / Admin, you will assist with general office administrative functions and special projects as assigned. Other duties include:
Creating and closing of work orders
Work order organization and build book creation
Creating labels to install on truck bodies
Front desk walk-in and phone coverage
Copying, filing, scanning, 2-way paperwork matching
Assist with employee event planning & clean-up
Supply maintenance
Suggest, approve, and implement position relevant improvement ideas
What We're Looking For:
Professional communication skills (written, conversation, face to face, email, text, etc.)
Reading and writing proficiency required
Basic computer navigation (file sharing, uploading/downloading files, computer interface experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
